The Wild and Whimsy collection is a heartfelt tribute to the natural magic that surrounds me here in Thames, nestled on the beautiful Coromandel Peninsula. Living among the native bush, our family garden has become a little sanctuary – a place where the wild things come to play. Each piece in this collection is inspired by the sights, sounds, and stories found right outside my window.  Our native garden is home to Kowhai trees that burst with golden blooms, majestic Kauri and Ponga, and the soft-leafed Manuka that hums with bees in the Summer. Most days, I’m greeted by the fluttering dance of the Fantail, the bold swoop of the Tui, and the gentle presence of the Kereru. Their songs fill the air, and I often find myself simply sitting, listening, and soaking it all in. 

Wild and Whimsy is my way of sharing this joy – capturing the untamed beauty of New Zealand flora and fauna, and turning it into something lovingly handmade for others to enjoy.
